ANDREW TATE has spent the last 34 years specializing exclusively in the sale of multifamily properties in the metro Phoenix area. He has represented clients in the closing of more than 23,000 units, with a total market value in excess of $1.5 billion.

ANDREW TATE began his career with Marcus & Millichap, where he was a Senior Agent. Then in 1995 he was involved in the formation of Hendricks & Partners. As an Associate Partner in the firm, he spent the next decade helping grow the Company into a regional and national player, before it was subsequently sold to Warren Buffett’s Berkadia Group.

Between 2006 and 2011 Andrew was President and owner of Southwest Apartment Advisors, a local Phoenix apartment brokerage firm.

In 2012 Andrew joined KW Commercial as a Director. KW Commercial is the fastest-growing commercial real estate firm in the US, with offices throughout the country, covering most of the major metropolitan markets.
